On-Page SEO expert is needed.

Hi there, I have a website that I almost get it finished. Now the next step is on-page SEO optimization. As I'm still a newbie on this I will need help from an expert to improve the meta tags and page description.
I'm targeting only two keywords, so I think is not so hard.
