I've managed to target certain keywords but they rank on the wrong page, all because G saw the keyword appearing in the Menu Item.
How do you solve this annoying issue, while still keeping the navigation and link juice intact?
The moment I saw that, I went on to interlink to the correct page on the wrong ranking page, but the ranks on the wrong page continues to go up.
A typical wordpress problem on small affiliate site with fluff contents. Although, I did not intend for the fluff content to rank, but I just realized that the keywords have more than 1000 searches per month, so I didn't want it to go to waste.
Did you manage to 'convince' G that you actually have the correct page which has the exact match kw in the title?
