Thought it will be useful for those starting up with blogs, seo, etc

I've been working on SEO Analysis Reports, delivering them for Business Owners(IM or not), Webamsters and even on fiverr.
I've delivered over 300 Reports, so this are my samples for my study..

Mostly I'm using iBusinessPromoter, lately Website Auditor (SEO Power Suite) and few other tricks for this Reports.

I'm still surprised to see that about 70% of the web-sites I analyse for On-Site Optimization don't have meta-tags, alt tags and not to talk about H1, img alt, keyword density, etc.

More than half of the websites I analyse, meets only 30% of the top 10 Ranking Requirements (Comparison of: meta tags, H1, speed, keywords, density, html comments, domain age, visitors, anchors, W3C validation, social networks backlinks, img alt, etc). This means that this web pages meets only
30% (on average) of the requirements for a top 10 ranking on Google.com

So my thought is Take advantage of the easy SEO.

For those in need of more Information for On-site Optimization you have plenty of resources on this forum.

    God SPEED .............................. up SEO

I guess not all marketers know HTML as much as link building with tools :)

I agree with your analysis, OP. I honestly don't think most marketers pay much attention to SEO, so that creates opportunities for people on this board.

I thought the h1 tags are just the same thing as the article title on wordpress. Is that not true?

Yes, most wordpress themes use H1 tags for the article title.
