Hey guys.
It's commonly known that it's best to only provide one link on page A to page B. If there are two links from homepage to one post, then that splits link juice linking to homepage. If that was just one link, it probably would be more powerful. It's stated all around the web. Not sure if its still like that, but it sure was. And following this tactics doesnt ruin anything so why not.

Anyway. I made all my not important pages noindex (dont want to get them indexed, like contact, about us, etc - these are not niches). So they are Noindex.

But what about nofollow? Should i use rel="nofollow" on my internal links such as Contact/About us/etc?
Because i have like 0 keywords there and i dont see a reason to spread my backlink power to these sites.

Will it be alright if i make ALL my internal links (whole wordpress installation) rel="nofollow" EXCEPT my niche articles that i want to rank and except my homepage as well? What you guys think about it?

I already made my external links nofollow.

My opinion is you shouldn't use Nofollow on internal links
If you don't want to be indexed some page means you can use robots.txt option.
Nofollow should be used on the external link only.

I agree with Ding Dong, meta noindex and excludet at robots should be enough that your irrelevant sites shouldnt be indexed.
It could also be bad for your internal linkjuice flow if you use nofollow on internal links - so i wouldnt do it.
