On-Page Optimization / EMD

Hey guys,

just stumbled across a nice niche (local SEO).The EMD's are not available. All EMD combinations belong to some
"lets make a homepage" guys and are not optimized for anything. Just normal business-pages with around 10 BL.

So it shouldnt be hard to compete. BUT i dont have the EMD (and they wont sell).

Would it make sense to take a non-EMD and just do all the other onpage-optimization/BL etc. or is EMD an absolute MUST?

The niche is health-related and has round 1000 exact searches per month, the competition is ultra-low according to samurai/google.

EMD is not a problem at all, create anyother health related site and place the post title or directory exactly as emd name.

yup, if the competition is as soft as you claim it to be, you shouldn't have problems outrankings your competitors, by no ways EMDs are an absolutely must... they do help, but you can do fine without them.

The EMD is surely not a must, could be even better without it if you can get some aged domain or something with real PR
