On not getting banned when posting to walls

anyone have any tips on not getting your accounts banned when posting to walls? I know quantity is a major factor but i've lost accounts posting just 2 messages, so there's other factors. post here or send PM if you got thoughts. We can do a JV or something.

Have about 10 messages and rotate them. If your doing it manually do spelling mistakes on purpose (realistically).

And have a limit. I don't post anymore since I get banned too easy. I might do a few every hour but otherwise it's too many.

hmm i often see instances where ppl will post the same message 200+ times in a single sitting and the account doesn't get banned. I wish i had that kind of luck but my account always get banned even with far, far fewer messages. ..maybe pva and luck?

fb fanpage wall posting is 22 per/45 minutes, you can make all 22 posts in 5 mins but than you will have to wait 40 mins to start again, this limit is on long term, you may get away with 40 or so posts but you`ll receive a warning a lot sooner, don`t push it, even on 23`rd post you`ll always get a warning

hmmm so i guess slowing down is important, but I still think some ppl have special privileges to post as much crud on walls without getting banned. i need to look into this further
