On Google 3-Pack, but not on Google Pages 1-10

Hey, I'm wondering if this is normal or "not unusual".

So I'm going incognito mode and search "My Keyword Phrase" (3 words). My local business pops up right away in the Google 3-Pack, however, its not appearing on Google Pages. How come its happening? It appears when I type in "My Long Business Name" and then my site appears on Google Pages and 3-Pack, but "My Keyword Phrase" only appears on 3-Pack, and not Google Pages.

Is there a way to solve this?

Google 3-Pack is based on the business location, the serps ranking are based on keyword densities and backlink power, totally different things.

To rank on the 1st page you need the correct anchor densities, the correct onpage keyword densities and better inbound links than your competition.

I agree with Kelowna.

Is there a world where I rank my one page website with 144 words above my competitors with blogs on blogs on blogs? If I purchase some SEO services, etc.
