I did some spam tweets 3 days ago and got shadowbanned. Today I checked again and the shadowban was lifted. How long does a shadowban last most of the times?

I'm not sure it's just time related.

If you post a very popular tweet and get lots of engagement, your next tweets tend to show up again.

Sorry to bring this up again I couldn't find the answers in any other posts but

The notification shadowban that you can get from aggressively following and the others ~ if you violate the rules several times again and again would the shadowban last forever?

AND the people that say "the shadowban was lifted" realistically how do they KNOW that ~ yes I realize there is a site that "checks this" but unless you ask Twitter and they respond there really isn't a way to know for sure if your completely off shadowban even if you check with a random account. Correct?

Check with different account and you are fine. This depends if your tweets are ghosted or your notifications.

I am worried I'm ghosted from people received notifications that I followed them Usually I'll mass follow 300-500 and get a very decent amount following back Lately I may get 30 following back. How long does that ban take to lift? When I first started follow churning I'd follow 900 and that worked for a little while

Unless you got 100k+ followers you should not follow that many people. Best is 100-200 per day to stay save. Everything above might get you shadow banned. 500+ per day might even get your account permanently suspended, if done for multiple days.

The ban only lifts if you dont hurt twitters TOS anymore. So you have to stop doing anything with the account. The ban will be lifted in the next 24-48 hours.

It's very usual that following much people at the start works, but in the long run it doesn't.

Perfect thank you. I will leave the account alone and keep it to 150 ~ 200 a day or lower. I just get "frustrated" sometimes when I see other accounts I follow gaining like 200 or 300 followers a day one guy got 5000 in a week just by tweeting random pics of himself and his followers are in the same niche as I am And none of them are follow churning ~ and they aren't ugly but they also aren't perfect gods either. Twitter is frustrating and I spend so much time trying to figure out what these accounts are doing to gain followers. Like one of my videos had a thousand views almost 500 retweets with 13K followers. My friend has 6200 followers and his video 19K views and 6000 retweets I was like WTF HOW like seriously how I just sat there and was like is the universe against me how is this even possible it made no sense

Maybe you can just ask him what he does to get better engagement. Often it comes down to hashtags and content quality.

BTW, a hot thot will likely gain more followers and engagement than you with her pics. Also maybe the guy with 500 followers per week bought some followers. All you have to keep an eye for is the engagement rate.

Is there like a "blackhat" pdf like book on the secrets of Twitter? I've gone through tons of forum posts and learned a lot more than I ever knew I didn't realize Twitter was as complicated and deep as it is.

I have so many questions that I know people here know but I can't seem to find perticular posts on them. I was wondering if there may be a pdf on all the KEY points on twitters algorithms and what flags your account and what doesn't and such

For example I tracked this promo account I can't remember the handle it was like "timposts" or something. Just a random shirtless guy tweeting every 2 hours some stupid love quote or whatever and I noticed he'd follow a lot and the people he followed all had a follower or ratio of ~ bascially the accounts he followed would most certainly follow back because they were following more people than were following them back ~ hope that made sense.

So I do understand that way to gain followers but there has to be another ways to do it and that's why I was hoping there may be something written about it from like a Jedi Twitter master cuz I obsess over figuring Twitter out sometimes.~ I know smarter people than me have figured a lot of it out already

I enjoy the challenge and it's actually very interesting how Twitter works

It depends not only on time. 24 hours minimum and may continue several days.

24 hours been my experience too.

And more people you follow, the more easily you seem to get banned. I read on another site that ratio of followed -> followers matters very much to Twitter, and they have very specific ratios you must stay within. And the ratio varies, based on your total numbers. So it's not a hard 4:3 or 3:5 ratio across the board.

Over time, you'll figure out what works and what doesn't. I have had similar experience as others. Gaining followers is easy at first. Then it gets more difficult.

Been longer than 24 hours for one of my new accounts. I'm thinking maybe 24-48.
