My post is not having any view. Should I continue posting ?

I have been posting on twitter for the last 4 days and they are not having any view at all. I also have about 80 active followers gained through F/UF I used hashtag as well

4 days writing and with 80 followers that are not organic, you need much more time to get traction. Or do some more aggressive strategy.

how many people are you following a day is it a good proxy?
 
try to left some comments on other tweets and follow back some people if you are having problems to get traffic I do not recommend to follow/unfollow try to follow but just a few and some accounts with activity not follow random accounts.
