i have been using the site to generate traffic for some adult leads for a while now, this year however the traffic is much lower than it used to be.at peak times the site would usually hit around 35k visitors now its hardly 22k and half of that is bots

Indeed, the traffic has gone down with a huge increase in the number of bots but it depends on the kinds of offers you're using and how real do you make them look like when talking to the other person. Try a few different tests with different messages and you should have better conversion rates.
