Older site vs keywords in urI after google's update?

After reading some of the content of this site and others I have finally decided to spend some $ on a domain, however, I just noticed that google has recently stepped up their game and I'm left with the question in the title.

Which one ranks faster nowadays, an old domain with a non-related keyword or a new one with good keywords?

Btw I'm new here so I'd like to say hi to all of you, I hope we all get to make some good $ throughout the years!

New one with good keyword.

Domain age only is importantly if you've been dripping content onto that domain for a while.
If not, the age doesn't affect much.
