Hello,

Can anybody give a good insight of new web2.0's vs old ones for seo?

thank you

Expired web2.0 accounts will generally be better as they have history and a backlink profile.

Do try to check their backlink profile if the PA is particularly high though in case it has been spammed to buggery.

I called it Web.2.0 Zombie, I prefer to old web20 coz they have link foundation already, don't forget to check a quality of oldweb20

so you guys prefer old ones since they may have link profiles, what if they do not have any link profiles?
If they are just created with an article(no links) and left, will they be helpful and better than new ones?
I have some good number of web2.0 accounts with 1-2 articles in each and have 1 or 0 links. I am not sure what to do with them since I am out of niche web business as of now. They are 2-3 yrs old and I want to make use of them....they are sitting idle

Yes, that also worthy because they might already indexed by crawlers. You can make use of them for sure. Only thing you must look-after is quality of the content on them before put your moneysite links on that.

Edit: And make sure to look like natural, Dont stuff the links on web2.0. First add some more articles in dripfeed method. Make the sites somewhat active before putting the links

Old expired web 2.0 are always better than new ones. It's because they already have backlink portfolio. You can use a scrapper like scrapebox to find the expired web 2.0 domains, and then use moz to check their Page authority. If its more than 20-25, then you should use it. :D Scrapebox, and its vanity check, and page authority addons work particularly well for Tumblr.

There are various tools for finding expired web2.0's or you can buy them in the marketplace here. The main advantage isn't the links, its that the aged ones seem to ACTUALLY INDEX these days. Since Google is being an asshole about indexing web2.0s.

the only difference is indexation benefit which you get from the old ones!

Scrapebox works as well. Alive check + harvester

As already stated by many, invest in "The swiss army knife of seo" Scrapebox. It makes finding things like old web 2.0s, and expired domains easy!

The purpose is to get powerful links. Old sites with links are better than new sites with links. New sites with links are better than old sites with no links.

yaa web2.0 is more helpful for creating backlink, which is good for a seo.

I really don't see a major difference regarding new or old Web2.0.
I have seen same results with some tweaks though !

As a popular expired Web 2.0 seller, I would recommend it. But to be very frank, it saves you time in building links as there are some links already pointing to those expired Web 2.0. And they are sold for peanuts. More importantly as explained by wblteam:
