Old URL that was 301'd showing in SERPs?

I'm putting this in the White Hat section because this site is about as white hat as it can get. No sketchy practices going on.

About 6 months ago we launched an updated version of this website. All page-to-page 301 redirects were implemented, tested, and working properly. Yesterday, I noticed one page was indexed showing the old URL, but when you click on it, it redirects you to the new URL. Has anyone experienced this?

Checked the old URL multiple times via multiple tools, all return a 301 to the new URL.

This is something I've never encountered before. If anyone could shed some light it would be much appreciated.

Hi, it's happening to one of my sites as well. A couple of pages have the 301 redirect but in the SERP G shows the old page.

Since you recently changed the htaccess file, you will give it a little while to see if the proper URL shows up in Google. Let's say the 301 wasn't done properly, it would take a while for Google to come back, recrawl, update the index, etc..

i recommend you to get the Google crawler to come and index your urls again.

You can give some signals to Google for indexing them via Indexers.

Probably due to old content their not getting update often so Google considered them as OLD and not crawler coming back.
