Old time blackhat member asking questions

Hey guys so I've been apart of blackhatworld since it's main focus was gpt sites. So basically I got permanently banned on ebay and want to make some stealth accounts. Who's info do you use when making stealth? Just random identities or personal friends information? Also I read that some people register using Chinese accounts. Is that the best route to go?
