Old thread should be closed

Now and then many old threads bumps back to page 1 and after that
every newbie started to post on them to increase their post counts.

These threads should be closed, so that only new and relevant threads
should prevail.

What if an old thread is still relevant? How "old" is too "old"?

Report them and if something relevant can be added after a year, just create your own.
