Old thread on Google News Site creation

Hello everyone!

There was a great old guide on how to create a google news website. I tried but couldn't find it anymore.

Appreciate if anyone can help me to find it.

It was a complete explanation on how and what to do in order to create a news site and publish it on Google Publisher Center.

(I am aware that Google no longer allow to publish news sites, and now it's automatically selected)
