Old Thread about UK Business Grants

Im trying to find an old thread about UK business grants.

The guy who posted it was saying how its not to hard but its not widely known, and that if your a new business you can get something from the council or government and like after 5 months or something they see how you are doing.

The poster said that he has been receiving money for his business.

I cant remember who it was and ive searched but cant find the exact thread.
