Old Member needs some new ideas

So, I haven't been on here in year, but something made me think to jump back into things and see if I can bring some new life into my businesses. Let me give you a little background on myself and what I have going on.
Back in 2012 I created a affiliate program for a major cam site and have lived comfortable off the income ever since. We have recruited over 100,000 models over the years, and nearly 10,000 affiliates.
Now, I own 3 major businesses:
1. The online business which has branched out from only cam sites, to all aspects of online marketing for other companies and website development.
2. In 2019 I purchased a brick and mortar Garden Supply Store (Hydroponics store) and did extremely well until the end of 2022 We do Amazon online sales and instore, but the business is really struggling to make any real profit at this time.
3. In 2021 I purchased a Flight School (9 Airplanes and 2 Helicopters) This is my main focus at this time, but it consumes me and puts a lot of stress on me and my family.

So I have multiple questions.
1. Where can I make the easiest money, I used to think online was the easiest way to make money, but it does take a lot of time now.
2. Does anyone have any ideas for any of my businesses that maybe I have not thought of yet and maybe it will help me to get back on track?
3. Should I sell one of the businesses and narrow my focus?

Please only real answers for people that have advise, im getting into a small depression because of how much i'm working and not making more money than when I had 1 successful business.

First off, you need an outlet that's if you're not already giving somewhere to charity, orphans, widows or helping the needy that should be key in your plans. Try do it yourself if you can, takes away a lot of depression.

For the the other business add the affiliate program to it, offline businesses too do have that and sure that was one thing that made you upscale in the first place.

Won't say don't start something new but better, fine tune what works even if you're going to start and treat others as you want to be treated this opens doors of long term partnership as well as draws people with skill and integrity that money alone can't get or keep.

Since you know how to find high quality models and also have a decent knowledge of the affiliate business ... what about an OF agency?

Highly automated with chat bots, content bots and traffic bots.

How is your Webcam Business ? I have had Webcam studio for pass 15 years - pass 2 years struggling getting models and keeping a float -

Yes its definitely struggling. I don't have issue getting models. I have issues with the network traffic slowly dying and moving towards only fans type stuff. Still making enough to pay a salary.

Why don't you create the only fans account for your cam model as well

You may consider starting a new affiliate program since you have experience in online marketing and can generate passive income with minimal effort.
