Why would you want to buy Facebook groups, they are useless. Unless ofcourse you mean the Facebook fan pages.

Dont buy old groups they will all be converted to new style groups by facebook in a couple of weeks!

I have one that has 43,800 members. I believe if facebook does convert
old groups to the new group style you will have the option to send instant messages to 1000's of people at any time. Good potential there.

absolutely not.

1. you can only do group chat with groups under 50 people
2. You cant msg/or create an event for groups over 5000 anyways.

3. Your group is going to get archived not migrated.. this means all the members will be removed and have to be manually re-added but the wall posts will stay there as an archive..

you only get the option to migrate your groups with your users if the group is small and active..
