Old Content or New Content for Expired Domains is better?

Hi guys,

Just a quick question.Is it better to insert the old contents of the expired domain from archive or adding new contents is better to make the most of the domain?

It is the same if the old content is still unique (author or someone else didn't republish it).

I like to go the golden middle road actually.

Keeping the topic of the page and re-creating the URL, however, using brand new unique content.

As I have mentioned here a few times, I am not fan of rebuilding, especially if your domain isn't niche relevant.

Rebuilding domain about pets if your money site is about cars does not make much sense. Even if the relevancy is closer than that, I still do not like to do that. First reason is, that you want your PBN domains to be, content wise, as niche relevant as your money site so rebuilding doesn't help. Second reason is, that you may get into some copyright issues. Happens more often than you would think, especially with bigger domains.
