Old coder new to IM

Hi guys,
How's it going? I'm looking forward to getting involved in this forum. It looks like there's a lot of very knowledgeable people here. My plan is to learn enough to leave the 9-5 forever and have my own business I'm currently a software development consultant. The pay is nice, but it feels like a J.O.B.

Welcome to BHW. You can start by building some software/bots which can be help automation. You can find many products here in Buy sell section and get an idea how things works in this niche.

Then you may start implementing your own idea of how you can build a bot which can be useful for you and other IMers.

Welcome and good luck. Your knowledge could be quite beneficial for you. But if you are looking to start a real business be prepared to change the 9-5 cycle with a new one in the likes of 6am - 9pm.
