Nowadays, aged accounts are not that worthy. The main reasons are:
    1. When you try to re-activate an aged account, it will trigger an immediate review
    2. When an aged account historically ran some ads before, it was identified with a specific niche. So, if u try to re-activate such account on a new niche, it will trigger a review cuz:
    - you're trying to advertise a new niche (that will raise a red flag, cuz it seems like a fraudulent behavior of someone who took over the account )
    - it's an old account, see section 1

Hence, while aged accounts were a necessity not many months ago, nowadays, with Google paranoia increase, such accounts are almost not different than new ones. i.e. are almost useless.
