Old Adsense Account, can it be restored?

I signed up for adsense in 2007 and used it for some time. It was banned in 2011. Is there a way this account could be restored?

I think you can't. You need to create an another account then apply for adsense.
 
If you never applied to get it reopened, you should still have the option to do so.
 
No you cannot restored Because it has very high security so that not recover the backup and restore the Adsense.So that you can create new account.

create another acc google is quite harsh concerning bans
 
That account is done. There is no way to get it reactivated. You'll have to start again with a different name.
 
Generally,Goolge will never re-store banned accounts.


But You can email their support asking why you are banned, explain the situation.
If you have good explanation and proof, they will unban your account.
