Old Account Safety

I used to have over 250 aged accounts that I used solely for fan page and event invites from my local area. Each had between 250 and 1000 friends.

When I got the accounts, I deleted all pending friend requests so as to make sure they did not get disabled. Some did get banned even though I had no activity on the account.

I used FFAP to invite friends to fan pages, like wall updates and thats it. I did sometimes post random stuff to my wall to make it seem like a real account, but decided to stop that as most people would post on my wall : who are you?


Then came the day were ALL of my proxies were banned by google. So i got some new ones and had to manually unblock alot of accounts. I lost about 80 of them during the process because of the new proxies were from a different area of the US.

But lately, it seems like I keep losing more and more accounts everytime I send out a simple fan page invite or if I like a wall update. I don't do it excessively, maybe once or twice a week per account.

Whats going on? These are accounts that are more than 6 months old and no spam as ever been posted. Is FFAP doing something to get the accounts banned? I don't wanna go back to manually logging in to each account as that would take forever to do.

Any ideas on how to protect my account?

i would recommend a program that uses a real browser to login to the accounts like an actual human rather than a blackbox type program.

The first time I used FFAP, I lost a sig number of Facebook accounts. I used FFAP now defunct competitor and didn't have much of a problem.

So according to one of the users here that used to work at Facebook, Facebook is unleashing all kinds of new spam prevention methods. They are hiring guys that know this stuff in and out.

Don't post on friend walls. Or spam inboxes. Apparently that's a killer. Only do friends or people you know and do it sparingly.

I dont spam anyone, I never send out msgs or post on friends walls. All I do is send out fan page invites

have you set ffap to assign proxy to particular account?
probably ffap might be logging into same account from different proxy everytime you login

Yes every account has its assigned proxy. It never changes.

No more than 3-4 accounts per IP

The proxy thing is a bit of a BS thing, I think. If you have say 10 accounts that all behave similarly. If they contact, 100 people on each account and of those 100 people 8% response positively and 25% report it as spam, if you do it time and time again, especially "banned" spam links, you can see how your accounts are getting disabled.

THe only thing I'm promoting are local business'. Restaurants, Cafes, etc. And I only send out the invite once for the fan pages per account.

I get spammed night club stuff all the time and I do not hesitate to click the 'report' button. I wouldn't if I knew how the hell I am getting spammed, or if I liked the page. But since they keep at it, I don't hestitate to report.

I'm sure alot of people dont either
