Old 50K+ Follower Twitter Account

Before moving for school I was managing a couple of adult Twitter accounts, posting images, links to videos, stuff like that. At my peak (This whole thing lasted less than a year) I had maybe 5 accounts with a total of 100k followers.

I lost most of those accounts, but I still have my main account at 50K, and I was hoping to maybe make some beer money or whatever.

What would be the best way to automate and make some money on this little account without getting banned? Would this even make me a noticeable amount of money?
