If you go to linkedin.com you will see it's mentioned in Spanish language if I am not wrong?

Can anyone confirm this is true?

It brought me to my country specific subdomain, language is English. I don't see anything strange. Maybe your ip address gets identified as an ip from a Spanish speaking country, when in fact it's not (i assume).
