OK I am looking to get into traffic arbitrage by directing traffic like popups redirects back buttons to another page with ads.
On paper this looked straight forward I found one site that would sell me traffic at $1 cpm and another that would buy it at $2cpm
However I have been testing this and the network either isnt paying me or isnt counting my traffic.
I tried a-ads aswell and although will retest with them so for isnt going well.
I can get traffic and maybe able to get pops from European countries at €0.10 CPM but need to find away to sell it.
I am not looking at high end advertisers like adsense or outbrain but smaller networks
Any advice help or sources, blogs, forums ebooks to look at
