yeah, i didnt want to post in here because i am not sure if it is okay to post other forums here. that place is littered with kids with money in their pockets looking for quick money.

there's a gpt forum that is popular in the ptc community. i forget the name as it's been a couple of years since i ran my own ptc site, but if you advertise there, people will join. start one of those referral lines [i so forget the name of them...congas or w/e] and people will start to join that way too. look there also for more ideas of where to advertise.
