The ones I got are from the Texas area. Dunno if they have other spots.

So sometimes I'm from Texas.

You sayin' you can't get past the BUY NOW screen? I'm looking at it right now. Once I filled it in, clicked on "agree with their prolicy" the button lights up. What do you see?

yeah, after refresh ie a few times, the bottom pop up.. dont know why, but when i test the proxy that i found all of them cant used on twitter, i just send a email to admin of the proxybonanza, waiting their reply now, but i dont like to require a refund, because it waster my time, just waiting...

"Free" proxies can be a good thing, it just depends on what you try to do and you need to know how to handle them.
In any case keep in mind that a public proxy can be a honeypot and usually these are used for a lot of abuse by other people.

The first issue is that are all slow, and most of them die after few hours.
A "professional user" could buy good private proxies, it's not a cost but an investment.
