I'm trying to get this Cannabis (weed) delivery site to rank in the local maps but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have thousands of citations, GMB is done, Google Console and Analytics are completed, optimized site, lots of optimized content and articles, lots of links. Yet, weed delivery businesses that don't even have a website are ranking in the local google maps. What am I doing wrong guys?????
At this point, I'm ready to pay to get this site ranked in the local google maps....
This is a weird one for me....

Seems odd. Give it a little more time and reverse engineer the competitor sites
 
Sounds like you're rushing it. Like others said, give it some time. You've got to be patient.
 
Depends on which location you are targetting. You must hire a professional from hire a freelancer section or checkout marketplace threads if someone is offering similar services

Its already been about 4 months....rankings are really up nd down at this point.... I've managed to get 2keywords on page 1 and 7 in the top 20 serps. Its the map that we just can't crack at all...

Its a relatively small town. Like I said, businesses that don't even have a website are showing on the map for our keywords and we are not....

hi, rather than 4 messages, just write 1. otherwise its post inflation, you may get a warning. about your problem, there are agencies here that have services for that. i think serplogic does, surely there are a few more. may want to dig around the marketplace for it. that is, if you have some budget.
 
Depends on various factors - Your Competition, GMB Age, Reviews etc
Increase Authority of Your GMB listing with HQ citations, Map Embeds, Map directions, adding posts!
You need to keep testing as local ranking is more surprising than difficult!
