Hey guys ,
I just emailed customer service of Stripe for how to make an account with Atlas but he answered me that bad news

Hi Roberto,
This is Michelle from the Atlas team, thanks for writing in! Unfortunately, Shopify has recently made some changes with how they handle their accounts. Previously you could connect your Stripe account to Shopify but now you create a Shopify account and the payment processing is handled on their end. They've also updated the way that they support users in other countries who wish to sell in the US. They no longer allow users who are not located or do not have an IP address located in countries they support to create accounts. This means that even if you were to go through Atlas they still wouldn't allow you to create an account with your US EIN (tax ID).
