So I want to buy a product (wholesale) and sell it retail. The guy messaged me that each product wholesale is $34 (if I buy 2000 units). I emailed him back saying that I found the same product for $10, why is he charging me more? (Even though I know that they are counterfeits, and his are real). So this is what he replies back with...
They are playing hardball with those counterfeits
These are counterfeits. We know about them. Our lawyers are in the process of filing a lawsuit against several of these counterfeiters. Notice they do not use the designer's name: ******** *******, and it doesn't say that it is manufactured by *** Commodities.
If you need to see our proof of copyright, and patents I can do that.
We already have confiscated several containers from shipping out of their China ports. They are very poor knockoffs of our product.
Our products are manufactured in Taiwan. That is another tipoff that they are counterfeits.
We have already prosecuted several stores for selling these counterfeits.
Thank you,
