Hey guys, I just stumbled upon a keyword with 70$ CPC and Moderate competition with EMD (.com, .net and .org available)

What should I do with it? And how do I make use of that awesome CPC?

Excuse me kind sir, but even if I found a good keyword, I'm still a newbie enough in terms of monetisation and so on. No need to be a dick about it.
