ogmobi points don't get count?

Hey,
i want to use ogmobi with the Mobile Rewards Page.. there users can collect points to get a reward.
my problem with it is - the users don't get any points after download the app & use it?
i get $ for it, but the users don't get any points for it.. what do it need to fix for it to work?

Looking forward for this, we cannot publish it if the tool is broken.

my users already complain about this, hope it get fixed soon.. if not my users run away :/

Our support team has now fixed the issue. An obscure server setting was interfering with the encryption process that occurs when points are saved. Apologies for the disruption and thanks for reporting this to us... SO SO sorry for this guys!! Working perfect now!
