OGmobi explanation, methods?

Hello,

So I'd really like to start working with OGmobi. And I read some days ago that sending smart links to other people is a nice method ( i guess? ) Though when I check the smart link, nothing happens, just a blank page. Could anyone explain me how the smart link thing works and the offers on OGmobi?

Also if you could give me some nice methods with OGmobi, I would really appreciate it. :3
