Incentive Tools > Content Locker > Scroll to the bottom & choose which content locker you wish to edit > Click on the locker details > Pop up of 'Content Locker Actions' will appear > Under 'Actions' click 'Offers' and then voila, straight forward from there. Edit what you do and don't want, alternatively when setting up a Locker just set minimum offer at $1+.
