I had the idea to promote an ebook to download if the user completes the offer. Would it work if I content lock a mediafire link so they would be able to download after?

First of all I suggest to check which part of traffic for you is stronger if its web traffic or mobile - OGads are good for mobile traffic and CPI but if your 80% traffic web traffic so CPI wont work for you and in this case better go with CPAgrip for example. Also they have landers similar to "file download" or "media fire"
