OGAds payout slowly increasing, while conversions have not moved past two.

I’m a little baffled, I have been sending traffic all day.

Anyone ever experience this? I reached out to Bobby on skype, but did not receive a reply. I love the network, this is just getting on my nerves. Because now I seem to not be getting any good offer because my EPC is so low.

If you keep getting the same amount of conversions, but your payout is getting bigger, my guess is that you've been dealing with higher valued traffic.
