OGads new Password forgotten

Hey,

I have a problem. 2 days ago I must change my password from my OGads Account but now I don’t know what my new pass is and the email is not the same I have thought. How can I get access to my account? I remember only the old password. Can someone help me please

Try resetting your password with alternative emails you may use.

I think I have used a random mail but thanks.
Is there no other option? For example OGads staff check my IP Address

Only way would be with the email you used for creation. You could try talking with your AM via Skype and showing him your ID if it matches your details on your account. Did you have alot of unclaimed money? If not, you might just have to make a new account.

I can recall how much money it was and what my username is but not the password anymore buddy. It was nearly 30$ . Is here someone of OGads, so I can write with them?

Yeah, they're on the forum. Just search for their thread.. should be under the networks section. I don't know how often they check their DMs. I'm going to email you their email address. Check your DM.
