ogads mobile reward system help

I'm planning to use their 'Mobile Rewards' system but I'm having some trouble with it. I'm willing to throw some paypal money at the person who can help me figure out a solution.

So the 'Mobile Rewards' point system on ogads lets you set a reward price. Once the user accumulates the goal points needed, they will get access to a contact form. I just need to be able to confirm each user who have indeed reached the goal point but I'm not sure how.
