Been using OGAds for a while, but it barely registeres when users download apps and half the time it doesnt even. Anyone know a better mobile download cpa network (with an offer wall)? Just tried CPA lead. Same problem, have the time the credits come to me as the affiliate but not the user. The other half of the time they just dont show up to either of us.
