Hello, I've been doing CPA for several months now and my income is getting huge (3000k$ per month), so I'm going to have to start a business. The problem is that it's legal to declare ogads? Especially since my niches are like instagram followers.

It's risky to declare it? I'm afraid that an investigation will be opened (even if I have invoices) and that he'll find my videos and that I'll risk a lot...

Thanks for your help

They find your videos and then what? What do you expect them to do? Laugh at your Clash of Clans vids?

In reality though, consult with a lawyer, we don't know the rules in your country in regards to CPA.

they care only about whats on invoice, not about the method, advertisers are legit companies (mostly) so, no worries, investigation for 3k $ invoices? that's not as much as you think tho,
the more you risk staying in shady zone not declaring income

Its illegal to not declare tax.
CPA companies are ok at the end of the day you are earning money through ads and traffic and thats not illegal

To answer your Title

They're legally illegal

So all fine

Your earnings are not that huge. I do CPA to on OgAds. As long as the money to your bank comes through paypal it is justified and no one will really care, not the government and definitely not the bank. Even if they have questions you can always justify : Freelancer, Online Working, Gambling, Designer etc etc. All they know is that the money came from PayPal nothing else. Of course if your earning reach 30-50k per month, there will be questions but still, as I said they are justified. At least that's how it works in my country. A friend of mine earned 15k in a day, a few years back (not CPA) and zero f*cks were given.

Well... depends if you do BH stuff or not. It's fully legal if you for example add a little disclaimer I think.

But in reality; I doubt anyone will question you unless you get into your income times ten...
