OGAds Account Denied for the second time

This is the second time I get my request denied from OGAds.

Any ideas to get accepted?

What did you wrote in your application? You need to have at least some experience to join them, if you write "Me make ALOT Of money me smart me work hard", they probably won't accept you.
Explain to them how will you monetize traffic.
