2. You'll need to give more info if you want any meaningful advice. What were your warm up settings? Where the accounts aged? Link in the bio?

If your accounts are alive then IG changed your accs passwords, you should log in manually in each account and use *Forgot your password?*
Then write there your email and receive the link to set up a new password.
