    Just been reading about Open Graph protocol and the various OG tags - has anyone used them to any SEO benefit?

    From looking thru the tags it would seem theres a lot of opportunity to say stuff about ur site that won't appear on page, plus it's all web 2.0 and google seems a big fan.

    If anayone has please share and if not, I'll give it a bash on a new site

    here are the bad boys - I'm sure they could be useful and they certainly won't hurt. Maybe I'd leave out the facbook page one!!!

    The tags pick the image, description etc shown when someone "likes" your page on FB

    Code:
    <meta property="og:title" content="Enter title of your web page here"/>
    <meta property="og:type" content="article"/>
    <meta property="og:url" content="Enter the URL of your web page here"/>
    <meta property="og:image" content="Enter image URL which represent your object here"/>
    <meta property="fb:admins" content="Enter your facebook user ID here</span>"/>
    <meta property="og:site_name" content="Enter the name of your website here"/>
    <meta property="og:description" content="Enter one or two sentence description of your web page here"/>

    more info and more tags here:
