often cannot visit hostgator control panel and FTP

Most people said hostgator is the best, but i often cannot visit hostgator control panel and FTP, domain name email account also has this problem, some times can visit, some times cannot

i bought it 2 years, now only 1 year

is there anybody meet this problem?

could i ask them change my hosting to another servers or part refund me? i do not want use this hosting

If it's under 30 days i think that you can get a refund otherwise i'm not sure....
