If you want to find girls then try running facebook ads:

1. Create a page about your agency, add followers so it looks cool before running ads.
2. Ad option select to get more messages.
3. Target girls from 21-30.
4. Now as for country try to target Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela, etc... People loves latinas, they would also faster accept this job to gain a lot of money.

I'm gonna try this, the idea is really good and they would bring a lot of cash.
 
how much capital do you have?

check OFM groups on tg and some also have marketplace for models. If you dont have experiennce you will need some time to sign a contract with a model, you need to show her you know what youre doing

So you are new to this too? i mean, do u have an agency?
 
Start with one or two models and focus on getting real results before trying to scale. Look for adult creators who already post consistently but struggle with DMs, content planning, or promotion. Be transparent about your fee, never promise guaranteed income, and use a clear contract covering consent, account access, payouts, content ownership, privacy, and how either side can end the arrangement.

For marketing, learn one traffic source well instead of spamming everywhere. X, Reddit, Instagram, and short-form video can work, but each platform has different adult-content rules. Track clicks, subscriptions, renewals, and chargebacks so you know what’s actually profitable. Also make sure anyone handling messages follows the creator’s boundaries and doesn’t mislead subscribers about who they’re talking to.

Visit Latin America . I know a guy who found girls in Colombia before as a business.

Find a middle man like that, can work wonders i'm sure.
 
Did you think instead doing AI OF agency instead? If you need a real model you can use the telegram channels but need to be attent at the scams. For marketing still the best is tiktok and instagram

I actually thought about that and was in process of doing something with AI OFM, but my partner fucked up and then i just lost connections.
 
Basically, the best way to find a model is to ask your friends.
Seriously, don't be afraid to ask them if they'd be interested in working with you. You'd be surprised how many of them might actually be interested.

When it comes to marketing, choose one platform and stick with it.

For example, if you already know how to manage accounts on X then focus on promoting your model on X since you're already familiar with the platform.

Also, be aware of scammers on Telegram. There are plenty of people who will scam you even for 10 bucks.

The OFM game is NOT a "get rich quick" business. It's actually quite challenging nowadays.

A lot of course sellers make it look incredibly easy, but the reality is very different.

OFM may have been easier back in 2019 2020 or 2021 but that's no longer the case.

Treat this business like a real business, not just a side hustle.

Thanks bro! But I'm from Serbia and I live in small town girls are not really in doing OF... it's shameful to have OF Page here.
So I guess I'll have to find a different way :)

It doesn't really matter where you're from. There are plenty of people doing OFM in Serbia, and there are also a lot of women there who are either already doing OF or have thought about starting but don't know how.

You just have to get out of your comfort zone.

Maybe you could talk to some girls you already know. Invite them out for a coffee, hang out for a bit, and towards the end of the conversation casually mention that you've started your own OF agency and that you're looking for models. Then just subtly ask if they'd be interested in working with you.

A lot of them probably won't be interested, but all it takes is one girl who is genuinely interested, and you've signed your first model.

Btw, a lot of people in OFM actually manage their own girlfriend. Just a random fact haha

You'll never know if one of the girls you already know would be interested unless you actually ask.

You can also do cold outreach on Instagram or other social media platforms like X.

If you're going to do outreach, make sure your profile has good social proof. It should look professional and build trust so that when a potential model checks your profile she feels comfortable replying.

At the beginning, your entire focus should be on signing your first model. If you decide to do cold outreach, you should be sending DMs to 100/200 potential models. The more the better.

One piece of advice that really stuck with me was: "pretend you don't deserve to eat for two days unless you sign a model" Someone told me that when I was getting started, and I ended up signing my first model in about 3/4 days.

If you've got some time and want to read more, I can go into a lot more detail. Just let me know whether you'd rather focus on cold outreach or on approaching girls you already know.

I would rather do cold outreach, and i thought about putting ads on IG. What do you think about that? Maybe i could generate some leads, idk..
