I haven’t started as I feel these specific things are holding me back.

I need help with these:
-Working with foreign models (payments, account access)
-Do you guys actually open businesses or call it freelancing?

I’ve heard, give the model 100% control of the money and have her pay you.

I’ve heard, have her open a skrill account that OFM controls

If any OFM newbie has any question, feel free to ask, hopefully we can get some help.

Working with foreign models, most of them use Wise depending on the country. There's plenty of payment services you could use. When it comes to the bank set up, I recommend connecting your bank if you can, or just sending your overseas clients an invoice through stripe or something similar.
 
Most OF models do it the other way -- they look for agencies / managers to handle their account and bring traffic to their account too. The agency then manages the payout and sends payment to the model based on her earnings so it's super hassle-free for the model :)
 
It seems like opening up a business is best. Im lucky to be a canadian so I can open pretty anonymous businesses in the US or other countries with lax business tax laws, try looking into forming an LLC in Delaware, that seems like the most promising avenue.
