OFM Journey

Quick update. Not that much happened in those last days. I think I will completely transition to real models (marketing them with AI) . I'm not really proud with how fanvue operates and the conversion rate is shit. If any of you guys want to share his experience between AI and real models, feel free to do it.

I’d focus on reliability over HIVA for BM2500. If the seller’s track record is solid and deliverability stays stable, the score is secondary. Keep testing and scaling carefully.

Which model are you using? I started to dabble in ComfyUI but left it because of time constraints. I am thinking of trying it out once again.
Good luck with your journey, mate. :)
Yes it takes a lot of time to learn how to use it and there isn't the best guides unless you use a premade template that can connect on something like runpod

It's been almost a year since I started OFM but I haven't made any big progress. I first started workin for someone, after that I had my own models but I wasted a lot of time with bad models (ugly and lazy). 3 months ago I decided to move into AI content creation and I got pretty good at making AI content. I tried to market an AI model mainly on threads and managed to grew some accounts but all the time I end up shadowbanned... 2-3 weeks ago I decided to also start posting reels.
I'm looking to document all my progress here. The plan is to continue with this AI model mainly on IG and Threads. Besides that I will start looking for a real model and shift my agency into a hybrid one (real models promoted with AI content).
I'm happy to connect with other agency owners. Enjoy!
Interested to see how this goes. Following the thread. A lot people are missing out on not doing hybrid methods as you spoke.
