Hello BHW, this will be a journey from 0 to 10k$ per month on OFM. NOT GONNA GIVE UP. (And no more than 2 weeks will pass between each update).
Through my previous time in the game I've had several problems and issues that combined with bad decisions from myself, it has led me to a situation where I’ve got 6 months of experience but no results xd. This thread will be a bit long because I want to explain all my situation perfectly.
The beginnings:
I started in the OFM industry in September, buying the course of an Spanish guru (im Spanish). It was a complete fail, the course was not bad at all but was pretty basic, most things were outdated and the marketing methods weren’t explained well. And this combined with the fact that I was working in a “normal” (for 2 weeks) I spent so much time to finish the course. When I finished it, I made my first mistake, spent like 2-4 days setting up my Instagram account, name, logo, etc. As soon as I finished it, I started looking for models, reaching out to around 100 of them daily, but not doing it correctly. I spent like 2-3 weeks outreaching models, but with no results. So I decided that I will buy a model as I had some money from previous businesses. Here, I also made a mistake because I spent so much time looking for a good model to buy and overthinking. At the same time, I also kept outreaching models, but as I had no results, I made an agency web page. Another huge mistake as I spent 150€ and 3 days of my life. Finally, on the 13th of November I bought my model, for 450$, a beautiful Colombian with a good body. What I didn’t know is that she was going to be the laziest person I’ve ever met in my life. OMG, never seen someone like her. It’s a mix of laziness and personal problems. It took like 2-3 weeks for her to send me all the Instagram photos she already had made. Yes, 3 weeks, photos she already had in her gallery.
From November to February I made no progress, due to the model's laziness and personal problems; and some bad decisions I made. I should have fired her as soon as I saw she was barely working, but I didn’t fire her because she has a lot of potential due to her physique. I also overthought things a lot, and spent a lot of time on things that weren’t going to improve my situation at all. During that time I set up OnlyFans feed and some Instagram accounts with the little content she sent me. Finally, in January I had enough content for starting promoting her, but she stopped doing reels. So MORE PROBLEMS AND SHIT. The last months were always the same loop, same situation again and again and again.
Current situation:
I’ve wasted a lot of money during the path, actually I’ve invested +1600€ in useless things and haven’t seen any return at all. Apart from that I recently bought a DA mentorship of a guy I know, which has cost me 1200€ so it brings a total of 2800€ invested in OFM, where more or less 1300-1400€ were super bad investments.
I have like 15-20 Instagram accounts set up which I’ve stopped using for promotion.
I have OnlyFans Feed set up.
I will promote her using DAs, as she doesn’t even work.
I’ve made 328$ gross (262$ net) promoting her in DAs using Bjorn’s IPhone Method, which hasn’t been profitable at all as I’ve lost like 130€ on Tinder Gold and Bumble Premium, a part from the 5 phones I bought for this method. I used this method because previously my model stopped doing reels (she only did 7) and I was trying mother slave but I wasn’t getting results with it, as 99% of the accounts I found were bots.
I stopped promoting the model like 10 days ago, as she wasn’t even working and the method I was using was making me lose money.
So, after all the losses that I’ve had and all the mistakes I made, I haven’t given up, and will fucking build an empire on OFM, starting from now. I will do the marketing in DAs targeting USA with the method my mentor is teaching me. I think this is the best I could do due to my situation. I will delegate the chating as soon as I can and as soon as I master and escalate this method I will delegate it too and focus on learning and mastering another traffic source.
So, currently I’m learning the method and preparing it.
